GooseJumps Policies
Rentals
are on a first-come, first-served basis. Book early to be
sure to get your desired set up and pick up time slots. It is recommended that
you reserve your equipment as far in advance as possible to ensure
availability.
On Time
Guarantee:
You can rest easy
knowing that we are committed to having every inflatable set up
before your event starts. We guarantee it! We are so
committed to this that if your inflatable is not set up before
your event starts...it's FREE! Communication is the key
to this guarantee. The more we know the better we can serve you.
Customer needs to provide accurate event start time and event
address and notify us of any changes prior to the day of your
event. Adequate power needs to be provided or if power is
needed, customer must make arrangements with our event planner.
Scheduled set up time may vary, but we promise to have your
inflatable up and going by your stated event start time.
Deposits:
A $50 security deposit is required to ensure
that your bounce house is reserved for your event. On the day of
your event, the security deposit will be applied towards the total amount
due on your invoice. The security deposit is fully refundable as
long as you abide by our cancellation policy.
Travel Fees:
We've just expanded our free deliver zone and reduced our
travel free for those outside our free delivery area! We will personally deliver, setup, inspect,
and sanitize your bounce house prior to your event. Delivery
is included within a 20
25 mile radius of our storage location in
Provo, Utah. We will be happy to serve the surrounding areas for
a fee of $3.50 $3.00 per mile (one-way) after the first free 25 miles. This fee may increase or
decrease with fluctuations in the cost of gas. We use
www.mapquest.com and we round up to the nearest mile.
Location & Power Requirements:
Grassy areas are
ideal for placement of the bounce house. However, bounce
houses can also be set up on concrete, asphalt, or other
surfaces. Stakes or sandbags will be used to keep the unit
securely anchored. The event location must be flat and
free of rocks, twigs, animal droppings and debris to ensure
safety of the bounce house and of the bouncers. A 20 foot
overhead clearance is needed and a 3-5 foot perimeter around the
bounce house
is also needed. Please do not water your lawn the day of the
event.
Bounce houses require electric blowers to keep them inflated.
These blowers run continuously while the bounce house is
inflated. Blowers can be plugged into standard household outlets (110v).
The electrical outlet must be located within 100' of the blower
units. Electrical extension cords will be supplied. Gas powered
generators are available for an extra charge.

Bad Weather Policy:
You will not lose your deposit or be
charged extra if an event is cancelled due to bad weather. Bad
weather is defined as rain, snow, thunderstorms and or high
winds (20+ mph). Bounce houses can not be set up in these
conditions due to safety issues.
If the weather is questionable, you
will be given the option to cancel prior to delivery and receive
a refund of your deposit. If you choose to have us come and we
are unable to set up due to the weather conditions listed above,
you will forfeit your deposit. Once any equipment is setup there
will be no refunds for any reason. Rain checks will not be
issued. GooseJumps. LLC reserves the right to cancel a
reservation due to inclement weather such as rain or high winds. There is no penalty to the renter. We will call you on the
morning of your party and a decision will be made at that time.

Payment:
We accept Cash, Money Orders, Local
Checks, and All Major Credit Cards.
Deposits are due at the time of reservation and will be applied
towards the amount due on your invoice. Full payment is required at
the time of delivery. Once the bounce house has been setup,
payments are non-refundable. A $35.00 fee will be charged
for any returned checks.
Cancellation Policy:
You are welcome to cancel for any reason
at least 7 days prior to your event and your deposit will
be fully refunded. If cancelling due to bad weather or unsafe
conditions, you will be given the option to cancel prior to
delivery and receive a refund of your deposit.
Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind,
GooseJumps, LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation
that, in the opinion of the GooseJumps, LLC
representative, poses a danger or jeopardizes safety in any
way. If we cancel your reservation, you will be refunded your
deposit.
Customer Pick Up Policy:
Safety is our primary concern, which is why we do
not allow our equipment to be setup by anyone other than our
trained employees. We require that at time of setup, all bounce
houses are to be checked for safe operation, cleaned &
sanitized, and our staff is to review all necessary safety
instructions with each customer and anyone involved in
supervising the safe operation of the bounce house.
Cleaning Fees That May Apply:
A cleaning fee of $25 per hour will be
assessed if the bounce house is dirty when picked up. This
doesn’t apply to a reasonable amount of dirt that can be tracked
in. It does apply but is not limited to mud, food, drinks,
water (other than rain), silly string, stickers, or sand.
